Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)

AAC has been one of Meredith's clinical specialties for over 18 years. She is a language acquisition through motor planning (LAMP) certified provider and has worked with many children who use speech generating devices to communicate. Services include AAC Evaluations, device selection, LAMP intervention, individualized device programming and support, funding documentation, parent training, school consultation, and communication partner training.

Independent Educational Evaluations

Meredith has extensive experience completing Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) for school districts throughout Texas, including comprehensive speech-language evaluations and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) assessments. Evaluations can be done for areas at least 60 miles from Victoria, Texas.

She works collaboratively with families and educational teams to provide objective, comprehensive recommendations that support appropriate educational programming and services.

Dyslexia & Literacy

Meredith has completed extensive post-graduate training in literacy intervention through Neuhaus Education Center and holds certification as a Certified Academic Language Practitioner (CALP) through the Academic Language Therapy Association.

She specializes in helping children who struggle with Dyslexia, reading accuracy, reading fluency, reading comprehension, spelling, written language, Dysgraphia and language-based learning disabilities.

Therapy incorporates structured literacy principles and evidence-based language intervention to strengthen both oral and written language skills.
